As much as i feel pity or i guess understand how you can feel pity for Anita. fuck. that. bitch. Although not intentionally, she literally was the cause for her own people's extinction. She had several older mages tell her not to blindly chase after the first emperor, yet she still did it. and yes, love makes you blind blah blah blah... This however does not give her any right to ruin the current imperial family's lives when they themselves have done nothing wrong other than be born under their ancestors sins.
