The amount of ppl saying this is pedophilia is crazy, not a child. He was abused and neglected causing him to lose weight and be malnourished. Without the proper vitamins and protein you don't grow. Sure he was loved and cared for but things like malnutrition don't go away that quick. It can take years to finally build that muscle back up depending on the person. Also with elves as you can see drake is, in some folklore / old maiden tails elven folk were larger than the average human causing him to be much larger than others. I don't like that fact that yes he does look like a kid but it's not pedophilia.
