Sorry for the unpopular opinion: At the end of chapter 2, aoki sensei goes to the nurse and follows what he said about locking the door... from that moment he knew what he was doing. Tengoku is not trying to "cure his trauma through rape", aoki is a masochist, mainly because of his trauma but he still is (and is not bad to be a masochist), we know that from the beginning, but he still doesn't want to accept himself. Basically it looks like he is constantly harassed, but as happened in chapter 4, he clearly was calling for Tengoku when trying to masturbate in the bathroom... he is confused about his masochism and Tengoku's persistence actually does help him to accept himself more. Aoki is just lying to himself constantly, so as much as it looks like the typical overly romantized yaoi rape, but it is not the same because the uke IS a masochist and likes to be forced, tied, and all that stuff.
As an example: Ten Count does a very similar thing, the seme constantly says "I'm just doing what you want me to do" because the uke just doesn't accept his desires.
These are very particular cases in which "NO" means "YES, BUT I DON'T WANT TO ADMIT IT"
