The best comics are the comics that give you multiple mixed reactions. At first I was like "LOL!" Then I was like "Seriously, what the fuck am I reading?" Now, of course, I'm invested in these stupid characters and I want to see where the story is going... oh well! *adds to 'currently reading'*
When Lihaun grabbed Yuyang and spun him and put his arm around him!!!! Yuyang said it himself--that he still needs more time--but I just can't wait for them to get together...!!!
Is that an unpopular opinion? I really appreciate this comic because Alex is such a layered character. Comics that downplay pain and just have a lot of fluff are unrealistic. A person can sleep with someone--and even have feelings for them--but not want to date them. That is a totally valid feeling.
The only problem is Alex is way too hostile towards DG (who is only ever kind and respectful to him) and so when he pushes DG away, it's going to get real ugly. But I guess we can't have our cake and eat it too.
(Also, chapter 34 was SO HOT and then it ended with Alex crying!? What an emotional cliffhanger !!!)
I think the same if I were in Alex's shoes i probably would put a facade being the perfect student and hyung. Also how Alex is scared to be in a relationship with anyone and how he pushes people away. But because DG is our main character and a cinnamon roll we want him to be happy and how much of a jerk Alex is to him we begin to hate him one sidedly not remembering how much in pain Alex also is aswell
Gosh, their conversation on the dock gave me so much anxiety! I think the only reason YuYang can't figure out LiHaun has a crush is because YuYang thinks he's straight. BUT then I remember that night when he was blackout drunk and and told LiHaun he wasn't special, and that LiHaun only liked him because YuYang was nice to him. !!!!!!!!! I really think YuYang is just going to brush off the pretend boyfriend thing, unfortunately.
This chapter was too short, lol. When is YuYang gunna realize that LiHaun is gay for him!?!?!
