I'm finally experiencing that thing I've heard where people are only there for the somewhat likeable character in a messy story (For me, that's the secretary, security guard, and the only one who we see have terrible experiences, Sihyeon.) Is it me or does Seungtae just seem like he belongs in a booktok book???? I swear, people will actually see his character and personality attractive if it was in a 'spicy' book.
I'm so glad there's people agreeing with the fact that this story is going sort of bonkers. I'm almost too scared to recommend this to people because the progress and story is going no whereeee~ They don't even seem completely in love, it feels like everything was too slow and too fast at the same time. Like, too slow because nothing for the plot happened and too fast because they kept badanging because of this 'oh-so important ORGANIC ENERGY' that needs to be satisfied. Like.. It would be a pretty nice aspect if they didn't have to use sex for it. That's part of the reason the story went downhill.. If you can even say there's a story at the first season. The other grim reaper has a more engaging role in this and he wasn't even a big role yet other than the cliff scenes. No plot needs this much sex scenes. I feel like a story that did the concept of 'Organic Energy' in a way that didn't make it too smut filled while having a good grasp on the story that it wanted to convey was 'Rix Vanus'. It showed in a more meaningful way about Rix's curse and how it was actually a good peice of the story. But this? Is a bit much. It's only the first season, and we surely have a long way to go, but it's just a disappointing start.

Yes I also thought about Rix Vanus, that one managed to give the sex scenes a good reason for happening, and there wasn’t one every other chapter. This one I agree there isn’t much to it at all. The uke doesn’t have a personality, we know a bit why but even after coming to terms with the past he is like an emotionless robot. The seme is again and agin a crotchety old man in a young man’s body, and refuses to stop when the uke begs under the guise of helping. Does he care about the uke? Yes at least a little bit. But I don’t think the uke has feelings for him, he enjoys his company and sphaving sex, sometimes, but other than that I wouldn’t call this much of a romance. I’m surprised too cuz Sign was a great story, but I did love the Yohan and Sohhwa cameos. While reading this I had forgotten it’s the same author cuz of how different they are.
If they used the boring personality in a better story, it would be excusable. But at this point, he's like a sex doll at this point because of the writing
