I felt so bad for teachers in general in these chapters... The complete emotional and economic instability of young teachers or long-term unemployed teachers should be a recognized social crisis. They're subjected to heartless terms, while with bureaucracy and corruption apathic and careless teachers maintain their positions while the students learn nothing.
