The story was good overall, with a semi tragic theme. The most interesting part was the characters thought process tbh. As the author said in the last chapter, more than plot, this story was just the exploration of the concept of un required fate. However, the end was a little too abrupt. A couple of scenes showing how the two characters acted after having their string cut during the two years would've filled the gap easily.
