People really need to stop hating on the author and on Joe like he’s not literally the main character of the story. Wet Sand isn’t just about romance—it’s about healing, growth, and the weight of your choices. Joe is at the center of all that. He’s the lens we’re seeing the story through. Without him, there is no Wet Sand. Acting like TJ and Ian are the only thing that matters completely ignores the actual themes of the story.
And let’s be real—TJ choosing the gang life is a choice. If he picks that over everything else, especially after everything Ian went through, that’s on him. Wanting Ian while still living in that world is selfish, especially when Joe has been showing up and being consistent.
Also, no one even knows who’s gonna be endgame yet. Acting like the author owes you a specific ship or storyline and attacking them when you don’t get it is entitled as hell. You can root for your fave, but don’t erase other characters’ importance or hate on the story just because it’s not going how you want it to. Joe is a fully realized character, not just a ‘blocker’ for your ship. Respect the story or just don’t read it.

Wdym finale us he pregnant or not

I’ve been saying this for a while, while people are so focused and close minded about Ian and TJ being the end game. TJ and Ian, whole close, are not suitable for a relationship. The fact that by accepting his love for Ian, TJ is trying to let him go, is proof that the author is trying to depict healing and growth through this trio. Ian being able to accept Joe and his love is another depiction of healing and growth since many things inhibited that in the first place from the past. Coming to terms with yourself, telling yourself it’s okay to be alive and you’re deserving of love and affection is the complete story here. Ian and TJ’s relationship is borne from trauma and loss. Joe’s energy and presence is important and essential to the turn of events!!
Finally I'm glad someone agrees with me
WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING! it's in the summary itself! no jo=no wetsand. if there's no jo, then it'll not center on the main focus of the story which is healing, freedom, and growth, it'll just be another mafia themed manhwa. i think the author is a good writer, enough to say that they will not disregard jo's character for the sake of being used as a plot device for tjxian to end up tgt. bcs fr, if tjxian were to be the endgame, jo's character would be useless
