Cuz real children do that(myself included) the only way to claim superiority over a parent is by calling them by their names ajajajajajajajajajajajaj Yourdreamhubby
I’m losing it.. hahaha I call my parents by their given names only when I’ve tried getting their attention numerous times and it’s not working. Hearing their kids say their given names usually shocks them into listening.

Omg!!! Hahahah same. But since I'm asian, i would call her nickname (when she was a kid) very softly, cause i can't handle that whooping. And for some reason it works more than all the shouting
i call my mom by her name or nickname, unless in public or around other ppl, out of affection (i'm asian so other ppl look shocked if i accidentally call her by her name in front of them). she never really complained about that so ig she doesn't mind? tbf i learnt it from her since she calls grandma by a nickname sometimes. plus, it just sounds less... formal idk

mhmm i agree, but as we are looking at this with teachers perspective, everything else just doesnt add up for me. just unsettling vibes all over. maybe because we havent had a chance to know anyone’s background except for a little snippet of the teach.
