Yes. You have to buy tokens but they are pretty cheap. There's also events where you can get the points for free and buy a chapter with your points. All you gotta do is open the app.l and check back often for the event. It's not too bad and they have sales on chapters often too where can get like 15 chapters for 2 USD.
