Yes. In fact no Yuri should be labeled with Shoujo Ai as it is a completely different genre with more of a lollicon feel. It is a westernized term when used on this website and others to explain a none explicit lesbian relationship manga between other westernized people. However, in Japan Shoujo Ai is used to explain more of a pedophilia slang, which is also used for lollicon and makes its use here rather disturbing in my opinion. The only other slang that can be used to describe Yuri is GL but only when used for manhwa, manhua, webtoons and comics.

On this site? I doubt it. This is a western site and people don't understand the difference nine times out of ten. That being said, it should be changed. Or, if you mean by change that the labels themselves being changed at certain points in whole, no. Again, this is not something that will be changed. What needs to be done is that the actual concept needs to be understood by people in western countries. Only then will the labels actually be used correctly. Calling any yuri "shoujo ai" is really quite offensive and disturbing.
