I see. So to get a guaranteed 5* you have to make 80-90 wishes but there’s soft pity between 70-80 so you need more than 1600 primogems to get a 5*. You also can count your pity by clicking the ‘history’ below the banner. Ex: you already wished 10 times, you will probably need 60+ wishes more to get a 5*, unless you are super lucky. Hope that helps you!
