it's probably AI assisted at the very least, but there's way more consistency than pure AI generated comics. i can't find another explanation for the weird little things like the butler's forehead having a scar that reappears on random panels, but is otherwise totally absent.
I believe it could be the cleaner that used ai to delete some speech bubbles or onomatopoeia, it doesnt completely ruin it but it's still very much noticeable
