Hey I think you're totally correct that it can be called sexual assault. But you are still going by a slightly outdated definition of rape. Once you do a full sexual act with someone at that level of inebriation you LEGALLY enter into rape territory:

Y'all have to be careful because the definition of rape has been changed a lot through history because the definition was much too simple in the first place to give victims justice. It will probably change again as the justice system is forced to take every case seriously unlike in the past.

And not the be rude but chile I'm a survivor of attempted rape myself and I've spent much of my college career researching rape culture and the history of rape as an act of violence. Not to mention I had to read a whole book on it for my self defense class, we literally talked about that subject every class, including the discussion around how the definition of rape has constantly changed.

This never was an argument to begin with. So if you want one you can have it with yourself. As for me I was sexually assaulted drunk on someone’s passenger seat, however I wasn’t penetrating so I was never comfortable with calling it “rape” and that’s why I don’t use that word bcs by simple definition it does imply “Penetration” I’m not arguing with you, I’m just explaining my thought process from my OWN personal experience.

Because you said that was the definition I assumed you meant the OVERALL definition. Hence why I sent you the updated /legal/ definition of what rape is considered to be. You never even mentioned that it was your personal view. You stated it as a fact so I replied with a fact of my own. My point still stands, the legal definition includes doing any type of sexual contact with a drunk person, period. (especially if you had intent to get them drunk).

In my understanding Jeonghan is thinking that Kangwoo doesn't really love him because tge second one don't want them to be seen in public.. J was the one who confess his feelings and K accepted because he didn't want to push J away. K never really realized his feelings for J until he lost him. But J was already to tired after 8 years relationship.
I read some many bad comments about J but in my opinion he just want to be loved and show his love to everyone..
