it doesn’t justify his actions. you can have empathy for what he went through while understanding that doesn’t excuse him putting other people through absolute hell. he’s just doing to others what was done to him.

Hard agree. I think two things can be true at once
- Jae had an awful childhood and was a victim
- he had also victimized Dan and his past does not make it okay.

Frankly I still think Dan and Jae should go separate ways. Like he hurt Dan BAD.

The chapter before the newest one was the first couple are u good?

At this point He Tian and Mo are the first couple.

They are talking about the manner in which the status of the both the couple are progressing - as much as I love Mo and He Tian, I wish the first couple also got more of a development. It feels as if we have been stuck for about quite some time now.

19 Days has been going on since I was in college. It’s been going on for over a decade- master of slow burn over here.

And the development between the two couple are going to be different. One has been best friends since they were children and the other started off as strangers then “enemies”. Different relationships, different dynamics

I understand but it does feel a little inadequate at times that the slow burn for the first couple is like really really slow burn.
Makes you even question at times if the are they really even going to end up together because it gives of more of unrequited love vibes.

Literally the entire manga is focused on mo and he Tiān, and we still haven’t gotten another kiss between THE MAIN COUPLE. so sybau.
