Before commenting hate about seme. Please try to understand his state of mind and where 'he can't do this' is coming from. He is suffocating himself with a lot of thoughts which were in water panel. We all know taeju is thinking he is reason for all the misery in euiyoung life ( which is true to some extent) and he believes that him crying, attempting suicide, getting kidnapped and now miscarriage it is all because taeju is in his life. If he were to disappeared for euiyoung life maybe he will not have to suffer anymore. He is trying to set euiyoung free from all the misery. But he himself is drowning in a pool of self loath.

Well, if he is really trying to set him free, he should have done it earlier when things were not as complicated as is. What he's done right now is severing their relationship more than ever, that means that the forgiveness he's been given was wasted because he wanted to save himself from the guilt from all of his actions through what he believed "letting Euihyun free". Euihyun pushed himself to strike proper communication between them even though Taeju should have done it. Euihyun have all the chase, from communication and action. The fact is, it is Taeju who's destroying everything just because things are getting hard to take on his part. He's not thinking about Euihyun at all, up until the end, he's choosing to save himself ALONE.
Well, if he choose to really give Euihyun freedom, then he should be open to Euihyun completely breaking from him, having his peace and love from someone that can give him proper relationship, a healthy one that is. If he can though.
I love the fact that the author has explained the trauma of both the side. None of them knows how to express love but they are trying in their own way and accepting each other.
