What does substitute teacher mean? Aren't they are writing exams and passing? Or are they training teachers?
Just like in France there's teacher who haven't passed the exam to be "real" teacher but they still do the same thing a regular teacher does and they're less paid. And some are in training and that means nothing, they're alone with their classes, the majority isn't in training

The UK also has a kind of similar system with teachers and teaching assistants (TA) , although TA's aren't legally not allowed to work as teacher because they don't hold a teaching qualification. Their pay is also, on average, half a teachers pay.

Both Kaoruko and rintaro's parents are do sweet. They both supported each other career choices as well as their parents also supported their career. That's so sweet. I'm a little envious. I wish I could think properly and choose a path which be best for me. But I couldn't. I really was so helpless and clueless too. I think I was arrogant for not understanding what I really wanted.
