lol if someone hates the situation they are in but still goes along with it because of one person then they are getting strung along.. Yohan found him at his weakest time and used him because Minjae let him. He had the power to stop everything that has happened but no he kept it going until what once seemed fun became not as fun as he first thought and caused him to become trapped in some heavily fucked up situations. So yes he let himself be strung along and kept around for someone else's entertainment...
Let's not forget that he also came back willingly to Johan because he was lonely. Yeah, he obviously strung along.
