The person who uploaded the chapters until ch 201 said that if you want to upload chapter ask for permission first so she/he doesn't have to take the time to edit the chapter in her/his free time.

I don't understand how can people be so impatient. You are buying the chapters with your own money, you are editing them in your free time and uploading it to this site so people that can't afford to pay for it or can't access the official site can read and enjoy it and they can't wait 3 days so the author can get their money that they deserve. I'm really grateful for you because I can't buy the chapters because of my religious family so this is my only way of reading this manhwa.

I tried reloading for 15 minutes and it was still not working but it's working again now. It said "this file is not available anymore" on every manga I tried to open but now it's working again. I don't know what happened but I was so scared for the last 15 minutes I'm literally sitting on my bed crying because I can only read here. What I read: Some lezhin comics are on hiatus because of the issue with mangago and they are not going to continue until the mangago issue gets solved.
My question: Is this the reason why Here U Are is on hiatus or is for some other reason?

There is no official English translation of this. It's not on Lezhin. All chapters are free on the website/app it comes out on. It's only in Chinese so I am not sure the name of its app, but I have it.
This is all done by a translation team so that would be a no. As for what you mentioned about lezhin, I can't say whether that's true or not. Certain artists go on hiatus for a reason, if that were the case then I'm assuming most (from other licensing sites) would do the same.
I'm re-reading the manga and I just noticed that they show Shirakumo in chapter 216 on page 12. This means that Horikoshi already planned Aizawa's backstory way earlier than it was shown in vigilantes.

I just read the last chapter and when the broadcast ended my tears started to flow and I'm still crying. Jiwon caracter development is amazing. In the begining I hated him. He was an asshole who hurt DG so many times but when he realised that he loves DG he tried to fix everything he did. Jiwon's caracter became lovely and caring.
I'm so sad, honestly I was not prepared mentally to let them go.

For those who have problem with rape scenes in yaoi mangas and says that the rape is old fashioned in yaoi mangas: If a manga is translated in 2019 it doesn't mean that it was released in 2019, maybe it was relesed in 2005-2015 ( the years is just an exemple) when rape in yaoi mangas was the basic of the story.
What I wrote above doesn't mean thet rape is fine in yaoi, because it's just fiction not real life, but if you can't accept it as a part of the manga then yaoi is not for you.

Why are you uploading the chapter without permission?
There is an uploader that spends her/his free time editing the chapters for us and he/she said that the uploads are going to come every Saturday (3 days after the official release) so the author can get the money she deserves.
The uploader says this in every chapter and there are people that still pretend they can't read when it comes to that one page where she/he says to ask for permission before you upload a chapter so she/he doesn't have to take the time to edit the chapter.
If you guys continue to do this I'm afraid that the uploader is going to get mad and then she/he is going to stop uploading this manhua.
