This is my opinion and from what I've read in other mangas about brothers and sisters that r twins and not twins, but lets just say she liked the seme first as how she claimed when she confessed to him that she's loved him for a really long time, maybe somehow (idk) she found out that he and the brother hocked up, u know gossip spreads like wild fire someone might have saw the bro with seme that night (thinking it's her) and said something and that's how she found out and obviously no one else looks exactly like her but her bro and probably got all pissed and said her brother took what's hers and she's gonna make him pay....there r some bro and sis who r kind to each other but lets be real this is the manga world and these characters personalities can get so twisted especially when jealousy comes into the picture at this point her actions and behavior says a lot and it's not anything good, who knows she might have poisoned the food, her bro didn't seem like he ate anything as yet and anyone can put 2 & 2 together that something clearly happened between these two guys she can't be that dumb even if she plays dumb, I don't care what they do obviously the bro doesn't wanna cross any boundaries with this guy even though he still has feelings for him, he's just pissed that he went the round about way to get to him and his sis was used in the process but she ain't no saint in all this.
