It's still pretty jerk-like hurting and deceiving him with this whole substitute thing. Because I'm pretty sure he already knows how he feels about him（￣へ￣）
But this manga was ruined for me with chapter 32.. I'm just really disappointed with the characters and can't enjoy the fluff anymore!
I can't even discribe why it bucks me so much in this one! Maybe because it was so out of place and to me it looked like the author wanted to justify his actions with the flashbacks of the past few chapters?
In the other fcked up stuff I read they at least don't try to justify it and the victims actually get mad (well, most of the times..)! I can even understand it if they just use it as a kink to make the manga "hotter" and like a fantasy.
But this is not the type of story we're this should belong in and it felt way out of place. It just ruined the characters for me （/TДT)/
It would be another thing if the concubines really were in love with the king. But all of this just feels obligatory and not out of real feelings. It still just shows how damn hard it is for them to be woman with their constrained duties in life. Also said, I really like all of the concubines and believe that they will help Paulina with further future character development. And pls don't hate on Lucius, his love right now is one-sided and he also has duties to fulfill.
I agree, though I have to say it gave me a lot of shock and kind off dissapointed. But I am also well aware that there life isn't easy. I needed to give myself a bit of self confort for a second because it's sad to see Lucious will be a father to another woman. But we all know Paul can't give birth. Life isn't easy, and I know I was wrong to be dissapointed. I hope all the conbucines, Lucious and Paul get the happiness they deserve. They are all good people so I hope for the best.
Correction Paul CAN give birth. The doc say so in last last chapter that she can give birth if she take care of her body more she can.
I actually read a spoiler about that- and... Idk what to feel- something happened and that just left me speechless ╥﹏╥
