I like how the author handles social media here. A lot of people use it for just describing how cool the protagonist is and showing off, adding essentially nothing to the narrative. Here, you can see it adding an extra layer of complexity. People are commenting on the situation (positively or negatively) and Moondae is actually responding to it. It's impacting him and he's determining his actions based off of these comments. Social media doesn't come up just when it comes to spreading rumors, he keeps up with his fandom and others fandoms. It's self aware of him to do that. I like that he cares about that! So many authors just let their protagonist go on like they don't care about what others think. He's in a survival show for goodness sake, social media is a big influencer of who's voting for who!

It's so easy to tell that Moondae has to be in control of things for him to feel comfortable. It makes sense why, because its literally his life on the line, but when it comes to rumors and accusations, those are sometimes uncontrollable for public figures. I like how Moondae points out that if he had left, the team would have been in trouble and that's why they cared. Although thats true, I'm pretty sure they did actually wanted him there putside of that too. He's a good person and although he can be stoic/calculating, he keeps the group together. Even big Sejin seems to genuinely want to be there outside of whatever long term reward he's thinking of, like Moondae was for him.

Such a good story. Every character has been so endearing. I love how they take every character and treat them tenderly and with care. Theres such deep thoughtfulness that goes into their relationships. Can't wait to read more!

The artist does such a good job transferring the novel content into the manhwa. It's really good because usually when it comes to performances and music there's an awkwardness to it, but in this manhwa it's smoothly integrated. Even in the latest chapter, they managed to portray the intensity really well.

I know you guys think people are being dramatic, but from the perspective of other students, it makes sense why they thought the rumor was bad. Like, it's kind of clear they thought he was being perverted or creepy towards a girl. Though it's kind of obvious the original moondae was probably bullied and framed. Even with that, bullying in these schools is usually excessive. There's a reason bullying scandals are taken so seriously in Korea (especially for idols/actors). They're treated more like scandals because they tend to be more severe. Even if it's untrue, it can affect them a lot if enough people know about it.

For people saying, why would anyone care about that rumor. Its more like people would view the person as weird and as someone who mightve harassed another student. Honestly, rumors matter a lot for contestants on a show like this because most of them are just starting to build their own fanbase and viewers can easily switch to other contestants. Also, I like how they use social media in this, it's unobtrusive and feels accurate. The little fanarts and username are all cutesy. Can't wait to read more!

For people confused, theyre in a cultivation world and it's a common trope that in order for a cultivator (the main lead here) to break through to the next level or "ascend" they must pass heavenly tribulations bc most cultivators aim for immortality. This is usually in the form of lightning strikes. But anyways, the cultivator has to survive the strikes and once they do, they get rewards like body strengthening etc. So that's what the main lead is doing here! It's pretty funny to read world hopping novels like this because they're so meta and have a lot of references to chinese web novel tropes.

The art is sooo good. The thing I like about this manhwa is how even if we don't know much about a character, we can still see why people are voting for them. A lot of idol mnahwas tend to forget that it's not just about making the main character likeable, but also the people around them. Rarely is there just one contestant that stands out. Also, I love how Moondae used going around for the ads as a way to show how serious he was about it. Even fans don't go visiting around for all of them like that. It was interesting!

Love the theories that people are making. It always makes reading manhwa's like this fun. I genuinely think Doha doesn't remember anything past the first time because of the noodles but I do think he's used the time separated from Bada to find out more than him. I also agree that his obsessiveness (although it was helpful for Bada at one point) is going to prevent Bada from trying to find a way out. Because they really don't know what's outside of this game, whether there's an outside world or whether there are other "horror game loops." Either way, Doha doesn't seem to mind the situation or as eager as Bada to get out.

It's so funny how accurate this is lol. There's always the fans that start calling the fandom lazy and trying to figure out what to do. I've seen the exchanging coffee (or other food) for votes thing multiple times, as well as the number of ads. Even the memes they used are the same. I let out a laugh when I saw the edited puppy version of the soldier meme. But yeah, I think it's adorable how Moondae makes a point to be grateful for his fans since he's so stoic and the serious type.

It's cathartic to see Yohan finally cry and express himself in such a vulnerable way. He's been feeling like that for so long and the only time he cried was when he first met Jay. Some people have said this manhwa is too slow and boring because it doesn't focus on the romance enough. Personally, I think that's one of its strength. They fully give a lot of time and attention to Yohans mental state and his actual plans outside of romance. It doesn't feel like something extra they tacked on, it's intrinsic to the story and his recovery is tied to whether he accepts his own feelings towards Jay. I think they're romance on its own is compelling too though! I also love how they used acting to express who he is outwardly and internally. Jay being the one to modify the lines just shows a different level of empathy and understanding he has towards Yohan that hasn't been shown before. Definitely will be waiting for the next chapter!

I like how blunt and nonchalant grandfell is compared to his inner thoughts lol. Nice to see a female character that has a deeper story too. It'll be interesting to see what she's really like. It really does seem like the author wants the mc surrounded by likeable characters (instead of just pieces of cardboard to gasp at his every move.) There's a lot of funny characters and it's hilarious to see them interact with eachother!

Excited to see where this goes! I think the design of the game is one of the best out of this trope in manhwa. It's one of the few that actually feels like it could be a game, which is good considering how much time the mc will be spending there (reminds me and others of maplestory). The character designs are cute and memorable, and the chat doesn't get in the way. The humor is also pretty good and it'll be interesting to see them interact more in real life.

I really like this manhwa. It was definitely more fun than I expected! I know some people weren't a fan of having the main character retain his personality but I think it allows for him to be funny and silly while still being really cool. Both sides are entertaining to see interact and respond to their environment. The side characters are also really fun and memorable ( I really like the guild leaders of gaon and berserker as well as the knights ). Can't wait to see more of them. It's also great that even though the mc finds the words Grandfell says cringy, Grandfell still comes off as cool to others because he backs up his words. They actually mean something. I'll definitely keep reading!

I really love the art and how the system and notifications are drawn in this manhua. Most of the time, they use blue and white so it's nice to see something new. The main characters are also drawn nicely while also getting new styles.

Yup a pure power fantasy. Not shocked about the mc being like this since the 3rd round had him choosing to fight against the boss at the expense of other players. Most of his actions have been pretty manipulative too. Definitely a character that can cause a mixed reaction. Honestly, as long as they don't do that thing they did in the 3rd round, (where a bunch of players started calling mc kind out of nowhere bc of like one sentence), I'll probably keep reading. On that note, personally I do hope there's at least one other developed unique character and that there are more scenes with his brother (the only character he seems to actually care about).

I'm so glad I read this. It's such a heartwarming and lovely manhwa. You can feel so much understanding between Sung Ho and Kwon Haebeom. Every moment between them feels so genuine and their bickering was so funny every time. Theyre adorable. I love how you can see the progression in their relationship. Sung Ho becomes less and less stoic (reread ch. 1 and theres such a difference). Near the end of the season, he's smiling at Kwon Haebeom nearly the entire time. Both are such unique characters and interesting to learn about. The people in the village are also memorable and the baby is adorable. I know people mainly talk about the fluff but the way this manhwa handled the theme of parenthood is also amazing. The conversations Sung Ho and Kwon Haebeom have between eachother feel so intimate and emotionally vulnerable. It really feels like they can rely on and trust eachother. I cannot wait for the next season. I know people have said that Sung Ho's last line feels like it's foreshadowing a conflict (I agree), but I also feel like his smile indicates that he's taking the risk anyway even if he isn't sure. Such endearing characters, I'll definitely be waiting to read more.
