So I think what happened was, Seme thinks he was abandoned/betrayed by Uke. But either Uke was protecting Seme by breaking up with him or he does not know what happened but they were broken up by a third party with neither of them knowing about it. And now that Seme has amnesia, he thinks they're still 14 and together. But me thinks as well that amnesia is just Seme faking it xD

Was confused why immdediate family cant donate blood, had to google it. XD and it is true. Parents to child or vice versa (siblings, grandparents) are incompatible blood donors. Cousins or strangers have better chance of compatibility. Guess this is also the logic to defects in inbreeding. #themoreyouknow

I think, the plot is: miyabi is the grandson of a God caretaker. A god of animals (the guy who gave the kid), he probably takes care of special spirit animals and all that but as we see in some stories gods with not much followers fade away hence the cafe/tree disappearing (that guy said goodbye). It seems tha Seme/wolf is a special spirit animal (either possesed by the wolf or been that way since birth) maybe thats why he was also attracted to miyabi? We'll probably know in the next chapters
