I honestly see the appeal of the ending cuz if the antagonist didn't die and the story continued on this would literally be Pearl Boy 2.0...just kidnap and rape, kidnap and rape over and over again, so in that sense the abrupt ending makes sense. But at the same time I think the story as a whole is really lacking, don't get me wrong, I ADORE the two main characters but this story honestly doesn't do them much justice

Byul and the cousin's treatment towards Junseo was honestly so disgusting and i hate how it was just pushed aside and they were so easily forgiven at the end, I LOATHED that.

They both (Byul and Cousin) were literally the cause for MC's antisocial and introverted personality and I'm surprised how a "friend of several years" doesn't even know abt their friend's introverted personality, like what kind of friend even are u...

Then there's the cousin to whom the MC felt comfortable to come out to, just blatantly spew homophobic comments and didn't even try to clear the misunderstanding and just ran away AND had the fvcking AUDACITY to date his cousin's (MC's) crush... Honestly, I hope you nothing but the worst, Yeonwoo, u don't deserve shit.

Byul too is such an asshole and idgi how anyone even likes him... You literally confessed to Junseo and didn't even give him time to give an answer back and when he tried to you told him "just forget abt it"... Oh Byul, you are one big asshat i hope u know that. And had the audacity to tell him you like someone else.... Pls remove yourself from the face of the Earth.

Both Byul and Yeonwoo pretty much tossed and played around with Junseo, disregarding his feelings and pretty much treating him like a stranger, I hope nothing but the worst to both of them, I hope they get hit by a truck or something I HOPE.

Junseo honestly deserved so much better and better people around him unlike Shityul and Assholewoo, yea some might think his personality might be frustrating but let's not forget that they were pretty much caused by people in his life he thought were important and all they did was hurt and play around with him.

I hope Star and Junseo have the bestest future
