And another website Google translate the authors name to Jinyu, which is mentioned in one of the alternate titles on mangagi aswell , that says "Sweet Heart (jinyu)".
I guess they just have a similar art style, but as this is the first manhua by this artist, someone got confused and tagged it wrong
