They had lots of opportunities to end their enemies before one sync was realized and once again Jang slipped from their grasp. They aren't thugs at all. They had the advantage in terms of alliance but wasn't able to utilize it properly wasting any potential that could be brought about said alliance because Ironically these gang who are supposed to be ruthless who couldn't give a fuck about the law had more principles than any other organisation lol
