Yeah like I assume they sell general home goods products to other companies but sometimes they were on the design team for office stationary. But the whole Adachi job transfer where he was setting up a furniture store has me confused. Like is this what marketing teams do??

some company do need the employees to take up more than 1 to 2 job role, eventhough you're only applying for 1

if you know the japanese store tokyuu hands, it’s kind of like that, with home goods and stationery. the mcs specifically work in the sales department, different teams. kurosawa is in marketing so more in contact with vendors, and adachi is a sales admin. source: i recently reread everything haha

it wasn’t just furniture, their company is kind of like a daily lifestyle store- they got stationary focus, but there’s also furniture, fitness equipment, home decor, ceramics, etc.
