well, we need to see this on their (author) point of view...
1. this manga first intended for japanese people
2. usually japanese people who read isekai is around teeneger age
3. at that year (when this manga/novel released) only manga/novel with harem or a lot of fan service is popular
4. they make this novel/manga for their living...so they have no choice but to make their work to include harem or a lot of fan service...
so the truth is we can't really blame author or his work for harem atau too much ecchi when circumstate is like this...
