I cannot get over how much the uniform design triggers my ocd & need to rant, if you don't care scroll on ahead.
Good? Good. Cause these MFING UNIFORMS ARENT WTAFFF The top 2 buttons on both sides are entirely useless & without them I'd probably be chill. They go out from the middle which is subjectively ugly asf, but my main issue is the flap.

This is supposed to be a military-esque uniform, & because EVERY CHARACTER (to my knowledge, please correct if wrong) wears it like this it makes me believe it's supposed to be worn like that which, while I'm not in any military & have little to no interest in army uniforms as of now, seems like the type of shit they wouldn't do. This also makes the buttons on uniform right/viewer left completely useless.

Also, if you can look near but not at Gakane's tits in episode 8, his right/viewer left of his uniform clearly ends early, so even if they for some reason the other buttons below the top 2 weren't decorative & actually from the uniform right/viewer left side of the jacket (which why would they be if the top 2 weren't but whatever I'm tryna make it semi-justifiable to myself) the top 2 buttons on uniform left/viewer right would be useless.

All this to say, I've to much time on my hands & probably should touch grass instead of getting heated. Ik it's not that deep, I just love this webtoon to much & reread it 1 too many times, therefore noticing this. Now back to episode 8 to continue a reread, bai & to whoever tf would bother reading this (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Istg there is nothing quite like reading for pure entertainment & not caring for the characters, it's hilarious reading the chapter taking itself so serious then turning around to these comments (≧∀≦)
That being said, however;
I do believe Jichan is acting this delulu is because of Stockholm syndrome, his previous obsession that already took over his entire life, mental exhaustion making him more prone to poor decision making, & possibly the worst of all; love/personal bias.
