Eunhwa, paid the debt from Taeju's company making that payment a debt. Tbh this is far more illegal coz Euihyun no longer has responsibility on this debt bec this is a new debt by Saehyuk and Euihyun is no longer the guarantor on this one. As it was, Eunhwa said there were steps missed which is yea Euihyun signature are the guarantor again of this payment debt. But they kidnapped Euihyun bec being the gangster they are to get leverage against Taeju's company

Eric already explained why shell had to shoot him..... basically the vampires and humans were gonna go against each other....and if that were to happen both parties would suffer great loss and to prevent that there was a need to divert their attention.....in order to make it so that they dont hate each other, eric basically cane up a plan to make a new enemy for both of the species(who is neither human not vamp) and as a result both the vamp and human species let go of their hatred for each other and hated eric who was killed by shell
