It pmo when Guwon kill the doctor's family. Just leave them and take the doctor to your town and the doctor one really just watch his family get killed? I really kill myself if I'm the doctor LOL
it kind of proves a point too.. idk.. he wanted to survive more than avenge his family.. he literally chose to go with the killer of his family, so i guess it says a lot abt him and maybe about the other people in town.. maybe that's also why he likes teach. cause the other ones are selfish and only think abt surviving regardless of who dies.
Hi I just read a theory that the doctor story is just fake and lied to the MC to manipulate him and ask Guwon for meds and Guwon is not that evil, maybe something happened to him in the past that we didn't know yet that will explain why he's stange

that's a nice theory. i would honestly love for it to be true.. but i highly doubt it based on what i've seen so far of guwon. i still think he's not as bad as it seems or as bad as the pple in the village portray him to be.. but still. i don't think he's in his right mind. and that's actually what will make a great character development if the author doesn't go crazy and changes the story into some dark shit with SA and all that shit. i'll trust the author.
