You know, one thing I noticed about blonde guy (I'm sorry, I forgot his name lol) is that even though he clearly has burning hatred for his father — from some of his actions, you could really tell how greatly influenced he was by him. And what do I mean by that? Well, it's just, from some chapters (mostly the earlier ones), he had a knack for acting like how his father would (not all the time, of course). And if I'm not mistaken, I think Uyun has mentioned this before either out loud or in his mind. It's pretty much a real thing, I fear. You know, some people turning into something they hate... It's a bit ironic, but sometimes, the stronger the emotional reaction, the more likely someone unconsciously absorbs aspects of the person they dislike. Also, he's like actively separating himself from his father, saying how he's different from him. In trying to prove they’re different, he ironically follows the same path. Despite that, I'm glad he's getting better. Uyun has definitely helped him. I can't imagine how miserable it must've been for him.

Yes, exactly!! And if that hate of his persisted, it would've definitely turned into spiteful obsession; then causing him to do irrational acts — possibly hurting himself or others around him — even isolation. It's so noticeable in the newer chapters henceforth from 1-20/30ish how Uyun greatly influenced him. It's refreshing to see himself finally feel at place, happy, and to let loose. He's even forming connections. :3
I might be tripping, but I remember someone commenting the brother and his ex fiancee's brother deserve each other. No, they don't!! They are not good for each other!! Being together would only bring more damage!!
I'm pretty sure they meant both of them deserve to be abused by eachother, not that it's a good idea to pair to fucking lunatics together haha
Yeah, I don't think they meant that I think it's more of a "they're two sides of the same coin therefore belong with each other" situation. But whatever they mean, it's still a bad thing lmao
