THAT HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME
I feel like major story arcs got skipped over and now we're onto something else that has no connection to our main character, the knight, or any of his friends any more...
I like the main series and the girls were fine in that, but as main characters in this series it feels like the three stooges. There isn't half a brain cell between them and they are constantly bending over backwards for what should be a stray cat from their perspective. They continue to get played by pretty much everyone and have yet to learn anything from it.
there were some rocky moments but they fit the plot and didn't make me hate the characters. if anything when we got to later moments it was so touching to see how the relationships had developed. good mushy mushy lovey lovey stuff. <3
not entirely sure why I still read it but that's how a subscription works...

Tbh i would have been fine if this had stayed a slice-of-life. That volume when his friend came over was the best!
I just love Vanilla so much, she's so earnest that I tear up every time she gets a torture. All the characters are great and wholesome, it's super rare to find a series where I love absolutely every character but here we are.
with this latest ch confirmed, yup... tearing up with Vanilla again...
