Astral projection is scary for me. I don't enjoy it but I can't really control it well enough. My great grandpa can do it too but he enjoys it since he can't move around as well anymore
yep.....when i started it....it was definetely scary and there are many rules you have to follow as soon as you begin the astral projection!........you just need more practice to control it well then.......if your blood member can do it well, you can do it perfectly too!!!....you are just anxious of the astral projection thats all........but the more you practice, the best you will feel it!.....i have been doing it since 12 years now and i love doing anything i want!!!.......to be honest, astral projection is the best way to escape the reality......thats how i thought of that.......!!...... hahahaha!!!...that is something i figured it out by myself.....i just had enough belief and faith that i could do the astral projection......ヾ(☆▽☆) ....it kind of sounds weird but i did it easily as soon as i thought to go somewhere i wish to......and after a month, i went there and i was shocked to be there!!!......but then i realised that this was not a dream but i am really in that place!!........this happened years ago...........and i still cant figure it put that how did i even do that??!?......i dont the answer my self........sorry...but there should be some relevant informatiom where you could practice doing astral projection by yourself!!...it takes 5 - 6 months of time to leave your body..........well perfection comes later.........i am sure you will find it in youtube on how to do it.....!!!....i will support you!....
