Now that he knows he wants to be part of his life (and the kid doesn't complain) and doing everything to protect them.

It was rape there is no such thing as "kinda" or "wasn't fully rape". Its either rape or not. Just because Isaac was in heat doesn't mean he gave the alpha his consent. Isaac was vulnerable and weak (at the time) the alpha simply saw the state of him from a far but still chose to get closer to him. Isaac never fully gave consent to sex in the first place, nor did Isaac give consent to raw sex (no protection), and obviously he didn't want the Alpha to knot him either (You can tell with Isaac's reaction afterwards). Felix had a choice to leave Isaac alone but he didn't. It is equivalent to someone who is drunk. If the a person is intoxicated and can't verbally give you their consent or say "yes I want to have sex with you" then you have to stop what you're doing and leave them alone. Anything after that any penetration with fingers, tongue, dick anything from a body part to an object, it is classified as rape. Sorry dude I am not trying to come off as rude but you seriously need to do some research on what consent is and looks like. Because what Felix did to Isaac is rape. Just because someone is in heat and the influence the alpha with the pheromones does not mean it is consent.

What Felix did was rape. He decided to mess with a “drunk” person and got himself “drunk” I think it’s really hard to realize this because it’s romanticize and the parts where Isaac says “oh I’m so happy I had Benjamin and I wouldn’t change it for the world” (Not what he actually said), but again the reason why things ended up this way isn’t all sunshine and rainbows.

Exactly. Isaac is only grateful he has Benjamin in his life but he is not happy with how he ended up pregnant in the first place. If Isaac doesn't want Felix to be in his or Benjamin's life at all afterwards then it is completely up to him. Isaac may not seem overly angry with how he ended up pregnant but would you want your rapist to be apart of you life and have contact with YOUR child? that you raised from an infant? But she is so closed up that she doesn't want to give second chances, the duke can't approach her emotionally because she was betrayed by the previous king that resemblance the duke, that bothers me, if she can't see that they are to different individuals then bye bye.
