Okay so, from what I can tell is that ML actually doesn't sell his body, he is gay though, his dislike for MC is real. He agreed to his request because he was too annoying and he's in a pinch for cash. Probably something along the lines of a sick family member. He turned down MC last time because he probably felt guilty around his family.
