Much like another comment, it pains me how the reality is exactly like this when someone makes a report of DV, SA against their family/relative. It's often dismissed and brushed off and the victim continues to suffer in an endless cycle. Tragic.

yee almost all of chapter 10 was explaining why. He doesn’t really understand why he was so obsessed and now I think he plans on experimenting (whether or not the MC will fall for him, following fate, despite how badly his first impression was) Plus he recognized MC just wants a quiet life I thought it was all there

The story is fine but it has a lot of logical fallacies. There's little explanation to how he's actually successfully performing these surgeries without modern amenities. You can read it while turning off your brain.
