It's about my family history
My mom is divorced and now she has a boyfriend, she's happy with that
But then we found out that her boyfriend actually has a child, same age as I am. He didn't tell my mom about him having another family. My mom got anxious she had to share her boyfriend she was sympathetic cause there was another child that's just like me so she overlooked The shits and accepted it even tho it was risky
Ye just like the plot of how the twins chose to be sympathetic and ignore the suspicion that might happen in the future
YES HERE'S SOME HARD COLD TRUTH EVIDENCE that some people chooses this path in order to be happy. Because some would choose to lies over truth just to be happy. Ye this could be you too, no don't say that you won't fall for this because your also human your not perfect embrace the flaws and be happy.
It's not about them being dumb, they already decided to be sympathetic and took in the servant and yes they did thinked about whether to truly take him in or not. The scene where the maid warned them was the proof
It's just that they wanted to be happy even if it cost them that bit
Honestly a lot of people can relate to this series. My life was similar in some points except my father abandoned me and my sister after using us as "substitute" daughters for an ex wife till he got his first son. The only blessing is that our mother was there for us from the start to wipe our tears, bandage our wounds, and clean up the blood. He never made the point to reconnect either even when we made it so easy to reach out.
Custody between divorced parents is always messy for the kids in more than one way. We may have had it better then the worse cases, but even still we had it bad when it came to the mandatory visits to our father.
You can only look at the humanity of people from their actions, feelings, and how they go about something. It takes a feeling that not many people have, notice, or act upon, but if you don't use your words it will be harder to speak out to make it known to others around you. Years of abuse from my father has resulted in so many mental disabilities such as anxiety, depression, ptsd, ect. It took the week my father died for me to finally seek the help I needed to put sanity back in place after the floor of so many repressed memories, uncontrolled emotions and feelings swirl as you remind yourself that the little sentence "I'm sorry" will never be heard from him after the damage he had done. Once something is broken you can never repair it back to it's original state as there will always be cracks, wears, and tears. Nothing remains perfect. So the twins are very relatable in this sense. I can understand their actions well and can say honestly that I can't blame them for not reaching out when they have left the hints there every time someone brings up the topic. Everything was there, but no one could notice the silent scream.
There's a lot of reasons why they want this position
Luxury, Power, and Respect is the most common one some good people want it to change their society some would want it for personal reasons
And who would care about responsibility when some of those people can only be blinded by greed and toss aside the responsibility that comes with the title,with the thinking "I'm the emperor and I can do whatever I want"
