Ik this may sound wrong but he did really tried to Gey off him Luke was just pushing it he started irritating me when he wouldn't let Andrew go! He's not one of those characters who forces themselves on the other character when they're drunk so...

well that's a bl cliché if he do that. but considering when he was young he got stalked by a creepy guy and also this particular dick head annoy him in the car, he probably won't do that. i can't say for another occasion tho.

When Nakoshi was ugly he was lonely. He wanted someone to look at him. Then got himself a girl but got greedy. He didn’t want to spend Christmas with an ugly girl. So he ran away. Then now he has this ability and is lonely cz no one can understand him. So he wants someone to look (understand?) at him. But the only way to make someone understand is to make them have a hole in their skull. He got his girl back who already loves him but he gets greedy. He wants her to actually look (understand?) at him. He tried it on the girl but the girl prolly didnt get the ability. He ran away. He could have let the ability go away like in the previous chapter. But he couldn’t cz he said he thinks people only appraoch others thru lies. And he already lived a part of his life full of lies that's why he can't let this power go. He can't let people approach him with lies anymore. In the last chapter he prolly gets arrested cz the girl he performed the surgery on prolly died later due to blood loss as we see her hole starts to bleed when Nakoshi leaves the room. And Manabu was the only person who knew Nakoshi will be near the sea so he lead the police.
Without any form human cannot suffer. Sufferings makes us what we are. Tho the things that gives us joy also does the same thing but this manga just focused on the negative part. I'm not gonna be edgy saying it changed my point of view on life but i really related with some of the characters. How they weren’t fully them self because the felt bound to someone i really felt that. What makes us human? After reading this manga i would say everything we go thru till we die. Anyway I'm prolly wrong so correct me and my English isn’t very good.
