The story isn’t really about Jo and it’s much more about Ian. Right now, people are unhappy because Ian’s focus is on TJ. It will continuously shift like that between TJ and Jo I believe, until the story ends at least. So it’s up to you, but only if you can read something where the person you prefer isn’t the only ML.
I want to correct something. Yes this is Ian's story but it also equally focuses of the growth of TJ and Jo. Without any of them the story will not progress or end and that's why the author said three of them are the main characters.
True. I meant to say he’s the focal point of the story. Jo and TJ are his second leads, none above the other.

Without Ian as a focal point, TJ and Jo would have entirely separate stories and this story wouldn’t be a thing. Unless of course that’s what the artist intends to make happen at one point (because I could), but that’s clearly not the point of this story.
i think probably wait for it to end, the storytelling is good and the plot kinda has some substance. it's not just a trashy twilight type love triangle BL of 'omg who will he choose'. it's about a lot more than that, and right now joe isn't the happiest so yeah wait till more comes out before reading
