Not in the 300+ chapters that the author currently released so far. However,
they do have really spicy make out sessions though Eui-jae is in turmoil over how he should treat Sayoung. He thinks about whether they should they stay as brothers in their found family or become lovers since he has a hard time connecting the past Sayoung and the current Sayoung.
They did make a promise to settle their relationship once they save the world with maybe an implication for something even spicier.
