furthermore, I think he would be more stable and safer than Tsar. Seeing that he is from the same group as his father, isn't a sociopath and reflect on his difference and disagreement with Leewon while accepting that the guy can have his own agenda and despite disagreement, still be a valid choice. He also reflects on his own mistake and apologizes when he comes around. So on the paper, he is ideally a better partner.
But this isn't Mafia Sims. It is like Deadpool and Vanessa: Leewon's crazy matches Ceasar's crazy, and they both in an asylum. It wasn't never about stability and cute love. It is about chaos and bloodthirst lust.

Caesar being the antagonist of the story in love w the protagonist while being the crazy and insane type obviously plays a big role because like you said, they match each others freak!! And that’s what makes the story how it is and makes them entertaining!!
