I totally agree with you. In many cases of omegaverse, we can't really point a finger who's at fault to only either the alpha or the omega. You know there some BARA with that criteria? It's fiction, and it's BL/Yaoi, a genre made by women to entertain the female audience, even though today there are fudanshis and that's great too.
Not only it's not real, but the story, settings and characters were made to please women. The men, guys and boys of these stories are Ikemens, young, handsome and cute and don't ressemble to men in real life.
Men in reality are average to ugly, while in BL the main characters are all handsome/pretty people.
They're also couple as Seme-Uke, means one will dominate the other in a heterosexualisation society, which explains this rape tendency in Yaoi with the stronger/taller taking advantage of the weaker smaller Uke for sex.
I'm a girl and not a specialist in homo relationships but I doubt very much such thing happens in real life with homosexual men. That's why it's Yaoi, BL, and meant to remain fantasies for horny females/fujoshis.
