Instead, he actually gets turned on by watching them fuck. Meanwhile , the older brother is being eaten inside by the guilt of what he's done and is still doing. All in all, he feels horrible.

I've only read 4 chaps. however this seems beautiful! Yes, initially the whole idea of inviting some stranger who you just met to have sex with is really strange and a bit frightful to me. What if that person hurts you? Now, that I'm writing this, I'm realizing that the MC is handing over their complete trust in the other person's hands.
And the MC' naked and blindfolded- A vulnerable state. In general, showing yourself like that in front of a stranger or whoever that is for that matter is kind of frightening. To me that is.

When reading his convo with the doc, I initially thought the cancer has been slowly disappearing but sadly, it turned out to be slowly growing. Dani would be surely crushed by her death. As for Jaekyung, I'm surprised at the length he goes, looking for Doc. Dan. Hopefully, when they meet, he treats him better and I swear, whatever happens, Doc should stand his ground and not let Jaekyung abuse him again. I just need to see him standing for himself.
