The employees don’t give you your paycheck the CEO does, you have to run everything by him not the employees.

It's power abuse, it only escalates to worse if you allow it. It doesn't have to include anything sexual. You shouldn't be asked to do things you weren't hired to do, and even less if they're denying you things if you don't comply (like that light bulb). It wouldn't be too much in other conditions, yeah, but it's bad as it is.
