Here's some pointers with my understanding since there will be a lot of plot twists. It won't focus solely on mother and son relationship.
-ML has a lot of things hiding from FL
-big bro will die
-they'll divroce
-mother and son will have a good relationship
-ML loves the FL since the beginning
-ML will be a part of a rebellion. He'll be called a traitor and will be exiled to a different island/country
-what ML doesn't know is that our FL is waiting for him in the place where ML will be exiled (they'll live in the country where FL's mother was born)
-Son will have a title of a count but will leave it all behind and will go to where his mother and father are
-The family will rebuild their relationship, this time in a healthy way
-And they all live happily ever after
