This is definitely not safe for work because it would be soooooo embarrassing to be seen by your co-workers bawling your eyes out. This is so dear to me now, I love both skylar and cirrus which is something that doesnt occur to me often since I usually love one character more than the other. But this is too gold, theyre too real for me now, I'm now part of their friend group idc idc. I just saw my past self with Skylar and that made me annoyed at him a bit since I have a bit of self resentment due to my past but regardless, I still love him because I resonate with him a lot. Season 1 gave me a lot of freaking flashbacks and made me realize that I''ve gone so far from who I was now. Now Cirrus here, his story is just too fucking sad why wouldnt I love this a "little bit fucked up" little guy? He's part of my loveable fucked up characters now, he babie. This is definitely going to be one of my favorite stories, I love this so much I can cry again for them.
I need to see the wedding :c Why must they end it like that TT Anyway, Lyle is now part of my cutesy little baby collection now. He's just so cute and adorable, I would go to war for him.
I love how this is plot driven than just focusing on their relationship. I resonate with yoohan's struggle so much, director jeong's film message managed to take a place in my heart too. I guess the film and this story feels somewhat personal to me as I used to be a filmmaker with suicidal ideation. Truly, having something-- even just the tiniest thing can be your reason to live.
PS: jay reminds me of yan wushi, they're both an annoying rizzler who does whatever they want. They're still cute af though
I am certainly not mad with this story despite it being a kink dump. The world building was honestly good. I just wish it wasn't a short story, it's got a lot of potential by just exploring the world and the dynamics.
Makes me wonder why some people here want noah to apologize for killing ryu jean while in fact he has no idea that he did that in ryu jean's first life. How the hell is he supposed to apologize for something he hasn't done yet??? And the reason why he killed him in the first life was also answered by noah's pov monologue. He literally said that if he's going to pick between ryu jean or the company, he would choose the company. And he managed to say that because ryu and him were still apart and his decision from 7 years ago still stands. However, a lot of things happened and they're finally together, and that wavered his first decision of choosing the company over ryu. He finally made his conclusion that he will protect both so that's what he did at the end. All your questions were answered in the story, reread it and comprehend it before leaving a bad review. Dont talk shit about my baddies if you cant even understand what's going on in the story.
That's all, i'm out. 5/5 they're real baddies. And Mr. Woo and the other guy was so cute.
It must have been tiring for the author to think of two different perspectives just to create such a masterpiece. Seeing dojae and euntak's fight makes me feel so grounded on how real relationship works. They are two different people with two different perspectives, sometimes you think youre the right one while the other thinks the same and it will reach an inevitable fight if none of you tries to understand what the other feels. I love how they creates a middle ground and made some rules in order to resolve fights they couldnt avoid because just being understanding isn't enough. It will drain you one day and that might lead to a break up. Sometime you just gotta have to respect what the other wants even if you dont really understand because let's be real, communication and understanding isnt really everything in a relationship, there should be some mutual respect too, and I love how it was shown in this story.
Hyuk and hyobin was a cute side dish, this time theyre the couple who lacks proper communication. This shows that even if communication doesnt help at some situations, doesnt mean it doesnt help at all. They both respect each other too much to the point that they're scared to disappoint one another.
Overall this is a good af story. They dont resolve it by having sex although they do have a lot of sex scenes but at least they make up first before doing the deed. This story reminded me all the ups and downs of a real relationship. Mad respect to the author for creating such complex characters and near-realistic couples.
This made me cry a lot. It wasnt so overly dramatic but it was quite realistic, enough to make you cry and emphatize. They were just two strangers who met and happened to fall in love. Woojung's words to jiho were the words that most of us badly wanted to hear. It's so comforting and reassuring, no wonder jiho fell in love with him. I love how the psychological aspect of it wasnt brushed off by having sex. They talk, they confide with each other, and gave each other reassurance (although mostly, it was jiho on the receiving end).
If youre not into this type of crazy genre then DONT READ IT NO ONE IS STOPPING YOU. However, if you're a freak just like me then dont't listen to the other comments saying that it's a bad story, it's a good one, trust me.
This was like a cycle of abuse being passed down but jinha was kind enough to have a little bit of conscience. And you know what, the toxic freak4freak dynamic is the charm of the story itself. I'm a sucker for such concept, seeing where people can go far for the sake of their twisted perception of love. This shows the consequence of abuse and the lack of therapy. I knew from the title itself how toxic this story might get and I really had to prepare myself before reading it. All I can say is it was worth it. The ending was so sweet and it seems like won was planning to get better mentally as per his last few lines at the last chapter so I think it'll get better for these two.
I love the plot twist as well, making it seems like won was making jinha his replacement for jinseo while in fact it was the other way around. It made me feel excited, wanting to know what's gonna happen next. The author has a knack in fixing a story's timeline, it actually made me pretty hooked. Anyways, I love these two guys, maybe I can shelf them beside the "exotic love" couple from how toxic and freaky they are for each other.
I'm not against open ended stories, in fact, I have a weird love towards those. However, this story opened a lot of doors just to leave them all... Well... Open. Not one door was closed. Xiao never seemed to get over his love trauma, Mr. Mo didnt seem to achieve even one sliver of happiness in this story, and the implied side couples never became together especially xiao's bestfriend with director Tao. It's like reading a discontinued story. This is how unsatisfying it is. So many potential just to throw it all in the garbage for an "ambiguous ending". Cutting off the story at the climax was the worst move. Tsk tsk.
That's a lot of mental gymnast for a short manhwa lol even the way jaehyun and junseok helped these helpless bitches was also a mental gymnast. Junseok can literally talk to siwon and the misunderstanding will be over, why have them meet for a dinner? That was so unnecessary. Days and weeks have passed yet siwon still couldnt find any fucking courage to talk to his 8 YEARS LOVER about the cheating thing. If he was really so feisty, he would have talked to him and rant all his hurt. Atleast yoosung would know what's up with his bitchass overly tsundere lover. They were okay in the main main story but this is a no go for me. I can't stand all that mental gymnast, gives me aneurysm
This is the type of story that requires you to finish it until the end in order for it to make sense. It'll leave you hints left and right to intrigue you enough to continue yet also leave you a bit frustrated for having too little knowledge of what's going on. The sequence of event was so well-thought. It isn't your usual storytelling so that's a plus points in creativity for me. If fact, the way it was flowing felt like knowing a person from being a stranger to acquaintance to friends to lovers. It's like peeling an onion as you get to know more about a person and their story even after until you fall in love with them. That's how it feels to me. I love their domestic life in the side story too, I'm happy I get to see that.
The beginning was cliche that I didnt expect to like it that much. It was supposed to be a manhwa that I read to pass some time but as it goes, I started to get more invested and attached to the characters. And when I say attached, I mean ATTACHED. I cried a lot because of seunghyuk's past. He seems to have a dettachment issues due to physical and emotional neglect. Made me remember what my therapist told me about my childhood, couldn't help but bawl my eyes out for him. It was painful to see seunghyuk acting so dettached to the world and having a hard time identifying how he feels and how he should feel in certain situations. I also love how woojin wasn't a pushover, it just happened that he fell in love. He knew how to draw the line when he broke up with seunghyuk and I admire his strength in doing so bc that only means he still know his self-worth.
Other than the main couple, I grew to love daeool and eden. I just hoped we got a side story of them, they're just so utterly chaotic and funny.
Saying that kazuha should be the host or the end game is what shouldnt happen. First of all, the reason why kazuha was more likeable was literally because he's the IDEAL SELF rei created, so saying that kazuha deserves it more is like denying the host alter and if that happens, rei/kazuha's mental health will detoriate more. People with DID needs to be loved the same way and same level no matter what alter they are hence why MC should act normally no matter who he talks to. No one deserves better, they're all the same person, just with different personalities and memories. There is nothing disgusting about the fact that MC's having sex with the two, THEY'RE LITERALLY THE SAME PERSON. And kazuha didn't disappear, no one did. They were INTEGRATED not ELIMINATED. Eliminating alters will never be the answer.
If you cannot handle a person with a disorder, then this isnt for you. Now stop saying shits about this story and the alters. Go look for another "normal" story you all love to read.
This got me so hooked. My favorite is def nicholas. He's the real deal, it made me so happy to see him got married to kaya and had his own little family with her. And I think I will never forget ian, I have a permanent soft spot for him now, if raymond fucks this up again, imma steal him.
It started all rainbows and glitters so I didnt expect this to be so fucking messy. This is a cycle of trauma being passed to another person. Everyone keeps getting worse each scene and it's becoming unbearable. All Taesoo needed to do was to let go of Chunwoo. All Chunwoo needed to do was to not get into a relationship first until he fixes himself. All Ho-in needed to do is to draw his boundaries and be firm with it. Yet everyone was codependent with everyone that it turned into a pure chaos.
Ya'll, you can live without romantic love for a bit, trust me, I've been a victim of codependency and it takes a lot of time and self reflection to heal that even after 2 years, I'm still healing. But you know what, I ain't putting another person in my own mess like these guys. If you're mentally unstable and have no plan on fixing yourself, you shouldn't be in a relationship in the first place. These people should stop making others as their personal therapist, ya'll are from the PE department, not a psych major for god's sake.
The only normal person right here is Woojin and he aint getting paid enough to be in this shit.
Anyway, story wise, It's good, it's just so fucking exhausting especially since it's triggering for me (I had to put down my phone a lot of times to breathe bc it's getting in my head). 10/10 would ruin you and 100% will make you relapse.
This was trending way back around 2023 or 2021 I guess, and now I understand why it was so popular. There's something in it that makes you so emotional and you couldn't pinpoint the reason why. It's just so beautiful and you can feel the delicateness of the story. It's effin' romantic, I couldn't help but tear up a lot of times. The idea of falling in love with the soul just resonates with me so much
I saw the bleeding and then I'm out. Save yourselves. Uke bled so bad on their first sex and you might not want that too.
I absolutely love how this story flowed so well. It didnt have to undergo some complicated scenarios for it to end, sometimes stories just have to be a little bit more grounded to reality and let karma hit these assholes on their own. I'm looking forward to the side story of Hajin and Mr. Kang. They're such an adorable couple. And I think Yeseong deserves more but let's see what Beomjae will do in the future.
This can easily be a parental guide for beginners and for people who want to start a family. It might not be on the techinical side but it's more on the mental side. It feels nice seeing characters what they want for their children in a very detailed manner. This is the epitome of "I want what's best for my child" but in an expounded way. It made me cry from how warm it made me felt. I'm not really fond of family and babies but this is an exemption. I hope hiro-kun grows to become a great adult like ai and nao.
I'm so inlove with her art, I swear I'm about to marry her frames especially that last frame of ein and leto. There's really something about her creation that makes it so intimate. Her dialogues, monologues, narrations, colors, body proportions, JUST EVERYTHING! Literally everything about her work makes me fall in love every single time. I'm so glad that I waited for the side story to end, now I don't think I'll be able to let go of Leto and Ein, especially Leto my princess who went through hell from his childhood. I both couples the best
