someone clear me out, i never read nor got interest in Attack on titan but i saw that they announced the final of the anime but it says the manga is still ongoing??

The manga reached climax but idk when the ending will be since the manga hasn’t been updated for a month considers it always updates every month but theres no updates in the May month. I thought it also got delayed (trying hard to ignore other manga chapters that gets updated) but.. idk and if the final season does release in Fall (according to rumors), the manga needs 4 more chapters or more since if trailer contained the scene of titans falling from the climax, it might have the 24 episodes because.. the gap of the Paradis invading Mayley up until the titans falling.. is so long so I do hope the manga ends before the anime completes. It will be cool if they animate the very last chapter of the manga. I just want anime viewers to see how cool SNK is or.. they should start a new hobby in this quarantine and read manga lmao

The manga is nearing it's end and the starting date for the anime isn't even set yet so the manga has enough time to finish until then. So yes it will be the final season.
