Nah I just think he’s a flesh eating but coherent zombie. Take the puking after kissing part. For him it was like kissing his food. Imagine you as a human who eats, lets say chicken, wouldn’t you throw up after making out with a chicken?

Indeed, it's similar to my theory of him being the source for the chaos and corruption that changed the world. Maybe being a deity of sorts or just an escaped soul tasked to fix a mess (hence the title): Having someone so different from his element be kind and loving to him might make him feel naseous or unwell.

So far he doesn't strike me as a 'cannibal'/zombie, but he certainly doesn't seem like a regular human. And his strange ring was one of the first things we saw. maybe that might play a bigger part in it all later on too. Like, containing his powers or such.


I at least hope he's not turning into a bad person. But considering the previous work of this author, I think we might just get an adorable romance with a strong story thrown at us. ^^
