tbh dragged on for too long. the frequency of sex scenes kind of lessened its emotional impact - it was a substitute for communication, which might have been intentional but it was just really tedious to read, wouldve saved like 40 chaps with less of it. one thing i like abt this manhwa is yijun, he doesnt take sekye’s shit lying down and doesnt give in to his manipulation despite how pitiful he tried to make himself out to be. i also really liked the whole saviour complex element of yijun’s cultist parents intertwining with sekye’s delusions of haram, and how that made yijun viscerally react. compared to the mc, the ml’s backstory and reasoning for his actions fell kinda short, i feel like it doesnt rlly explain abt how he is now, like yeah dysfunctional family okay how did that lead to u conjuring a figment of ur imagination and being so mentally ill that u had to project this onto someone and lowkey rape them.. anws didnt finish this but its pretty decent read for the psychological genre
